Is there an installation fee?
We do not charge a standard installation fee for locations within range of our main cable lines. However, if the service line requires a lengthy build then there may be an installation cost associated. Call the main office for further inquiries.
Do you offer telephone or cable tv services?
We offer VoIP phone lines for both residential and business accounts. We do not offer cable television packages, but our internet service is more than capable of supporting live streaming for tv alternatives that include but are not limited to Youtube TV, Sling, and Apple TV.
What is included in the service package?
Our internet service packages are based on data transfer speeds and do not have a data cap. Customers will receive a fiber modem and a gateway router, with options to include wi-fi extenders upon request.
